Erst die Spinatmischung, dann den Lachs darauf verteilen. Den Guss darüber gießen und mit den Pinienkernen bestreuen. </span><br />

Dies <span style="text-align: center;">ist eine Kampagne der deutschen Getreideverarbeiter, die erinnert, wie vielseitig, gesund und gut Haferprodukte sind!</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Für die Taler die Milch zum Kochen bringen, Haferflocken zufügen und kurz quellen lassen. Anschließend alle anderen Zutaten hinzufügen und vermengen (geht mit der Hand am besten, ACHTUNG abkühlen lassen!). </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Aus der Masse Taler formen und beiseite stellen.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Die Zwiebel fein hacken. Champignons</span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"> putzen und in Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebel, Knobi und Chili würfeln.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Öl (z.B. Olivenöl) in der Pfanne erhitzen und die Champignons anbraten, bis sie rundum braun sind.<br />Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Chili und Thymian hinzufügen und ca. 3 Minuten mitbraten. Gemüsebrühe hinzufügen und bei starker Hitze auf die Hälfte aufkochen lassen.<br />Sahne hinzufügen, kurz aufkochen lassen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Petersilie (gehackt) und Parmesan drüberstreuen, beiseite Stellen.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Nun die Taler in heißem Pflanzenöl knusprig braten und diese mit der Sauce genießen.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Um die Sauce einzudicken:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">1 EL Stärke (Mehl oder Speisestärke) in einer Tasse oder Glas in <u>etwas KALTES</u> Wasser rühren und das in die <u>KOCHENDE</u> Sauce rühren. Kurz kochen lassen. Die Stärke quillt und die Sauce wird dick :-)</span><br />

Eine tolle vegetarische Alternative! Ich würde sie mir auch ohne Sauce als "Snack" zubereiten, aber dann würde ich noch etwas Parmesan oder angeröstete </span></span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Zwiebeln untermischen!</span></span><br />

Ich hatte heute aber Lust zu Backen und ein paar Erdbeeren im Kühlschrank übrig, also habe ich so ein (halbes) Rezept gemacht, da ich so eine kleine Form dafür habe.</span></span><br />

Mann kann es als Brotaufstrich oder Dip genießen. Die Gäste haben es mit frischem Baguette, Frikadellen oder Gemüsesticks gegessen. Fürs Grillen kann ich es mir auch gut vorstellen :-)</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Getrocknete Tomaten in kleine Würfel schneiden, Knoblauch schälen und zerkleinern. Basilikum waschen, trocknen und grob hacken. Sesam in einer trockenen Pfanne rösten.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Den Feta zerbröseln und mit Milch, Knoblauch und Basilikum fein pürieren. Getrocknete Tomaten und Sesam unterrühren und mit Pfeffer würzen. Salz ist nicht nötig, da de Feta sehr salzig ist! Die Creme ist zunächst flüssig, wird aber im Kühlschrank fest.</span><br />
